Schools That Can

We focus on finding, supporting and investing in leaders committed to giving inner-city children a quality education.

Schools That Can is a national non-profit network of high-performing inner-city schools that currently prepares over 10,000 youths for their adult lives – with a vision to serve 25,000 students over the next three years.

Our member schools graduate approximately 1,000 minority students per year, providing them with the academic skills they need to meet the challenges of high school, college and beyond. This means a significant increase in minority students who will have the potential to attend and graduate college.

The Schools That Can network includes a diverse group of urban schools throughout the country. However they all have one thing in common: Passionate, talented, determined leadership – men and women with high expectations and results-driven practices – who are committed to improving the lives of inner-city youth.

Schools That Can aims to support the leaders so that these schools can continue to grow and succeed.
