We believe leadership is a vital key for these schools to survive and thrive. With the right leaders in place, our schools have the ability to grow and impact the lives of even more students.

Schools That Can invests in the leadership of high-performing schools that already exist in the community. These schools have proven themselves beyond the start-up phase – and are not in need of an academic "turnaround." However, their leaders lack the support they need to help the school become stronger financially and operationally, to grow academically, and to serve more students. By building on the success of existing high-performing schools with a proven model – we can address the challenge of the Achievement Gap that minority children face.
