Rebecca Yuschak leads Operations for the Social Responsibility and Partnership Team. In her role, she ensures the deployment and grants management of funds to nonprofit organizations while safeguarding Prudential and the Prudential Foundation. Rebecca joined Prudential in 2013 coordinating private debt and equity data and accounting. In 2015, she joined Inclusive Solutions focusing on grants management. Since then, her role grew to supporting the broader team in operations, tech management, business continuation, vendor contracting, risk & compliance, project management, etc. In 2020, Rebecca returned to lead Operations for the Social Responsibility & Partnership team ensuring the proper deployment of funds from Prudential and The Prudential Foundation. Rebecca graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University’s Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She also acquired certificates in Project Management from New York University and Fundraising from the Support Center for Nonprofit Management. During her adolescent years, Rebecca’s family founded and ran a nonprofit organization. Through this, she gained valuable insight on the nonprofit experience. For the past two decades, Rebecca has been involved with multiple nonprofit organizations volunteering her time and experience to support their mission.
