What We Do

Schools That Can programs build an education to employment pathway serving high school and middle school students with a focus on career readiness.

About Our Programs

Schools That Can’s programs build an education to employment pathway serving high school and middle school students with a focus on career readiness. Our programs strengthen and expand the capacity of schools and teachers to prepare historically marginalized students for careers or college, and support their students on the e2e pathway. All of our programming builds direct connections between students, educators and volunteers from a variety of professional fields.

Our programs draw on a robust national network of professional volunteers for career mentoring, and are designed to broaden student views of the world of work and their place in it. The network currently reaches more than 210 schools, serving approximately 75,000 students.
