This spring, STC is proud to welcome 4 paid interns from Pittsburgh, Newark, and New York, who will be virtually supporting STC’s communications, marketing, and storytelling work. We’re excited for the expertise and knowledge they bring to Schools That Can, and we’re in the midst of innovative projects we can’t wait to share throughout the semester. In the meantime, get to know STC’s interns via bios and graphics created by them.
Opeyemi Ajala is a 12th grader who is going to Syracuse University in the upcoming school year. She plans on majoring in business analytics and marketing, and minoring in creative writing, because she loves to touch people with her writing. She is the president of the community service club, and helps at soup kitchens and plans fundraising events for different causes.
What are you most looking forward to with STC’s internship?
I am excited to be surrounded by so many intelligent minds. I am excited to learn about everyone on a personal level and what they love to do.
